Dry roast the moong dal till it changes color. <br />- In the meanwhile heat some water. <br />- Once the dal changes color add hot water. Mix well. <br />- Let the dal get partially cooked. <br />- Then add jaggery, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well. <br />- If the mixture becomes to thick add little water. <br />- Let the jaggery melt completely. <br />- Then add coconut milk. Mix everything well. Let everything come to a boil. <br />- Delicious Moong Dal Kheer is ready to be served.
